Privacy Policy
ONEWYSE LIMITED is a private company incorporated in Hong Kong SAR. Our clients operate in digital asset markets; we build the data pipelines, execution systems and monitoring infrastructure they run on.
This page describes what this website collects, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and how to reach us about it.
It covers this website only. It does not cover the systems we build, operate and maintain for clients, which are governed by the written agreements under which we build them.
What this website collects
- Request logs. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, operated by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare records ordinary request logs at its network edge — the page requested, the time, the browser string and the network address the request came from. We cannot read these logs. The Cloudflare dashboard shows us aggregate traffic counts only, which do not identify individual visitors.
What this website does not collect
- It sets no cookies. There is no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
- It runs no analytics, no advertising, and no marketing or behavioural profiling.
- It loads no third-party script of any kind. The site runs no JavaScript beyond a block of structured data on the home page.
§ 01
If you write to the address below, we receive your email address, any name you sign with, and whatever you put in the message. We read it, answer it, and keep it as ordinary business correspondence.
We do not add your address to a mailing list, and we use it for nothing other than replying to you and keeping a record of the exchange. Our mailbox is hosted by Fastmail Pty Ltd, which stores and processes these messages on our behalf.
How long it is kept
- Request logs — held by Cloudflare, not by us. Cloudflare states that it discards them within four hours.
- Email — kept as ordinary business correspondence, for as long as the matter it concerns and our record-keeping obligations require.

Disclosure to others
We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own purposes. Cloudflare and the hosting provider process it only to serve and measure this website. We disclose personal data otherwise only where Hong Kong law requires it.
§ 03
Access, correction and deletion
ONEWYSE LIMITED is the data user for this website. We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong. You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below.
One limit is worth stating plainly. Server request logs are held by the hosting provider and are not indexed by person, so we cannot reliably locate a particular visit within them.
